#2 Introducing BVNQUET
#2 Introducing BVNQUET (@bvnquet), a fresh new dance duo from South West London, who recently released their debut single ‘Mornings’.
BVNQUET say one of the inspirations for their music is ‘being fresh out of uni and fed up with hearing the same copy-and-pasted sounds’, and so they aim to ‘bring back the soul to dance music’. They say their music ‘fuses together soft jazzy keys, nightclub-filling drums and chunky baselines that take you deep into the night’.
Their debut single ‘Mornings’, released on GS Dubs, is an uptempo garage track with hypnotic, airy vocals and an addictive beat.
The song has already received an array of support from @applemusic, @garageshared, @headroom.records and more.
With their music, BVNQUET aspire to ‘change the status quo of sweaty lads dominating the club to a scene where all people can unite on the dance floor’.
You won’t have to wait long for more from BVNQUET, as their next track ‘All I Wanted Was You’ is set to release on 25th Nov. They will also be playing at @ministryofsoundclub on 28th Oct, alongside @sasasasdnb for the Halloween special.
You can expect to see a lot more of BVNQUET very soon, with exciting collaborations in the works for 2023, so keep an eye out…
